AAIM Collaborates with Meals on Wheels in Feeding Tshepisong Orphans

In order for AAIM to be more effective in helping People Living with HIV (PLHW) and orphans and vulnerable (OVC) children, it is necessary to work together with other agencies that are sympathetic to the same cause. Among the organizations that AAIM collaborates with are: President’s Emergency Fund for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) in Kenya, John Snow Incorporated (JSI) in northern Zambia, the Adventist Professionals Health and Humanitarian Services in South Africa (APHHS), the International Commission for Prevention of Alcoholism and Other Dependencies (ICPA), the Adventist Development and Relief Agency (ADRA) and many organizations including numerous private donors. Thank God for their response to the insurmountable HIV needs.

During the South Africa lockdown, AAIM approached Meals on Wheels of the Southern Africa Union Conference to assist in supplying food in an orphanage in Tshepisong one of the districts in Soweto, South Africa. Without any hesitation, Mr. Effort Bhebhe, the Director of the program dispatched his team with an abundant supply of food for more than 18 orphans.
